The role.

As Product Manager, you’ll join a strong team of 100+ logistics experts and top technologists, and a new commercial growth engine.

You’ll take a complete view of our technology products, consolidating business inputs, client needs and technical requirements to contribute to our product strategy. You’ll then drive development delivery by acting as critical link between software engineering, the business and our customers.  

As a member of our growing Product Team, you'll play a crucial role in helping us meet the increasing customer demand for our unique SaaS platform.

What you'll do.

• Define product strategy and roadmap through interaction with cross-functional teams and a thorough understanding of client needs by conducting research, data analysis, customer interviews 
• Drive product development from conception to launch 
• Define, prioritize, and communicate short and long term product goals 
• Develop strong relationships with Engineering and Customer Success teams 
• Partner with Business Analyst to monitor engagement and evaluate product success 

• Partner with Marketing to launch new products and features 
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Business Operations to keep a pulse on client needs and new feature adoption 
• Collaborate with other product development managers to ensure consistency and compatibility of myCCL products. 

What you'll bring.

• 3+ years of software product management working in growth startup environments and/or on SaaS products 
• Experience working in the Logistics sector 
• Strong balance of both analytical and creative thinking with a desire to discover and fulfil the needs of clients as well as end users 
• Technical background is desirable 
• Track record of successful delivery of company-critical projects 
• An action-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
• Familiar with recommendation engines, user generated content platforms, content management systems, email service providers, CRM tools
