The Role

You will be responsible for managing the infrastructure, assets, tools and applications, along with business process improvement projects that help us scale rapidly and securely.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in 3^rd party vendor management of managed IT services
• Hands-on technical expertise, managing IT Infrastructure, including Server Estate, PABX/Telephony, Firewalls & Network/Application Security (to Cyber Essentials+ standards)
• Experience of managing End User Computing assets (full lifecycle) and on-site/remote support
• Technical and management experience of Active Directory & MS Azure
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Suite of Products, particularly O365 and SharePoint Administration, optimization and management
• Experience of maintaining Business Continuity Plans and Asset Registers
• Experience of leading Internal Business Process & Systems projects, such as CRM implementation or change assignments
• Experience of scoping and project managing IT change projects
• Skilled at stakeholder management and communications, both technical and non-technical
• Ability to create and provide effective automated MI/reporting and exception reporting
• Responsibility for the governance and auditability of internal business systems and data
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail
• Team player who can navigate uncertainty with confidence
• Commitment to continuous improvement practices, someone who values attention to detail
